• ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে Bigraz দায়ী থাকবে না

• প্রয়োজনে Bigraz যেকোনো অর্ডার যাচাই বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে

৫. পণ্যের তথ্য ও মূল্য

• সকল পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যতটা সম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শন করা হয়

• আলোর পার্থক্য বা ডিভাইস স্ক্রিনের কারণে রঙ বা ডিজাইনে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে

• যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে

৬. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া

• অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর আমাদের টিম ফোন / SMS / WhatsApp এর মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে

• কাস্টমার যোগাযোগযোগ্য না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে

• Bigraz যেকোনো সন্দেহজনক অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে

৭. পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী
আমরা নিম্নলিখিত পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি:

• Mobile Banking

৮. ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং

• ডেলিভারি সময় সাধারণত ১–৫ কার্যদিবস (লোকেশন অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে)

• প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি বা কুরিয়ার সমস্যার কারণে বিলম্ব হলে Bigraz দায়ী থাকবে না

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের ধরন ও লোকেশন অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে

৯. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি (সংক্ষেপে)

• শুধুমাত্র ডিফেক্টিভ / ভুল পণ্য হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য

• ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য চেক না করলে পরবর্তীতে অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে

• ব্যবহৃত, স্ক্র্যাচযুক্ত বা ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার নষ্ট হলে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়

• রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়

১০. ওয়ারেন্টি

• অফিসিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টিযুক্ত পণ্যে ব্র্যান্ড অনুযায়ী ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য

• ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ, পানি প্রবেশ, নিজে খোলা হলে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে

• ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম ব্র্যান্ড অথরাইজড সার্ভিস সেন্টার অনুযায়ী হবে

১১. ইলেকট্রনিক্স ও মোবাইল পণ্যের বিশেষ শর্ত

• মোবাইল ফোনের ক্ষেত্রে IMEI রেজিস্ট্রেশন কাস্টমারের দায়িত্ব

• বক্স খোলার ভিডিও প্রমাণ হিসেবে রাখা উত্তম

• একবার চালু করা ফোন সাধারণত রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়

১২. ফেসবুক পেইজ অর্ডার শর্ত

• Facebook Inbox / Comment এ করা অর্ডারও এই শর্তাবলীর আওতায় পড়বে

• স্ক্রিনশট, কনভারসেশন প্রমাণ হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে

• Fake / Spam অর্ডার করলে ভবিষ্যতে ব্লক করা হতে পারে

১৩. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)

• Bigraz নাম, লোগো, ডিজাইন, কনটেন্ট আমাদের নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি

• অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, ব্যবহার বা পুনঃপ্রকাশ আইনত দণ্ডনীয়

১৪. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে:
