১. ডেলিভারি এলাকা

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে কুরিয়ার ও হোম ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে পণ্য পাঠিয়ে থাকি।

কিছু দুর্গম এলাকায় ডেলিভারি সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।

২. ডেলিভারি সময়

ডেলিভারি সময় সাধারণত—

ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১–৩ কার্যদিবস

ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৫ কার্যদিবস

📌 প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, হরতাল, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা বা কুরিয়ার সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের ধরন, ওজন ও লোকেশন অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হয়।

অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার সময় ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়।

কোনো কোনো ক্যাম্পেইনে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৪. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং

অর্ডার সাধারণত আমাদের প্রতিনিধি দ্বারা ফোন কল / এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে কনফার্ম করা হয়।

অর্ডার কনফার্ম না হলে শিপমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয় না।

ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য থাকলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

৫. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)

নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য।

COD অর্ডারে গ্রাহককে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম বা ডেলিভারির সময় পরিশোধ করতে হতে পারে।

৬. পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় নির্দেশনা

ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের সময় প্যাকেট ভালোভাবে চেক করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

মোবাইল ও ইলেকট্রনিক্স পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে Unboxing Video করার জন্য বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

পণ্য গ্রহণের পর কোনো দৃশ্যমান ক্ষতির অভিযোগ থাকলে সাথে সাথে জানাতে হবে।

৭. ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে

গ্রাহক পণ্য গ্রহণ না করলে বা যোগাযোগ করা না গেলে:

অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে

ভবিষ্যৎ অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক হতে পারে

একাধিকবার ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারে।

৮. ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব বা সমস্যার দায়

কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসজনিত বিলম্বের জন্য bigraz.com.bd সরাসরি দায়ী থাকবে না।

তবে আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি সমস্যা সমাধানে সহায়তা করার।

৯. শিপিং নীতি পরিবর্তন

bigraz.com.bd যেকোনো সময় এই শিপিং পলিসি পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Shipping Policy - শিপিং পলিসি

Thank you for shopping at bigraz.com.bd. Our delivery or shipping policy is detailed below.

1. Delivery Area

We ship products all over Bangladesh via courier and home delivery.

Some remote areas may take longer to deliver.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time is usually—

Within Dhaka: 1–3 working days

Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

📌 Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest or courier issues.

3. Delivery Charge

Delivery charge is determined according to the product type, weight and location.

Delivery charge is communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

Free delivery may be applicable in some campaigns.

4. Order Processing

Orders are usually confirmed by our representative via phone call / SMS.

If the order is not confirmed, the shipment process does not start.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation of the order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery facility is applicable in certain areas.

In COD orders, the customer may have to pay the delivery charge in advance or at the time of delivery.

6. Instructions at the time of receiving the product

It is the customer's responsibility to check the package carefully at the time of receiving the delivery.

In the case of mobile and electronics products, it is specially requested to make an unboxing video.

If there is any visible damage after receiving the product, it must be reported immediately.

7. In case of delivery failure

If the customer does not receive the product or cannot be contacted:

The order may be canceled

Advance payment may be mandatory for future orders

If delivery fails more than once, the authorities may take necessary action.

8. Liability for delivery delay or problem

bigraz.com.bd will not be directly responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

However, we try our best to help resolve the problem.
